What often goes unseen, however, is the humble beginning of our journey. It all started in 1993, not with building homes, but with Yamuna Drilling Enterprises and Yamuna Earth Movers. Our days were spent digging tube wells and moving soil, work that was demanding yet straightforward. Those early experiences, though modest, laid the foundation of the knowledge, discipline, and values that continue to shape us today.
Those formative years instilled in us the values we continue to uphold today: deliver work with integrity, remain transparent with clients, and never compromise on quality. This approach earned us trust and gradually opened the door to greater responsibilities. In time, some of our clients encouraged us to venture into homebuilding—a bold step at the time, but one we embraced with determination.
Our first projects were modest in scale, but the experience of handing over homes to families was truly special. Witnessing the joy of people settling into spaces we had created gave us the confidence to aim higher. From there, Yamuna Homes and Designs grew steadily, becoming a builder that people across Mangalore came to recognize and trust.
